SafetyPlanPro provides automated Site Specific Safety Plan (SSSP) generation tools for construction subcontractors. The Service generates documents based on user input and pre-defined OSHA-aligned templates.

3. User Responsibilities

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for:

Providing accurate and truthful information about your project and company.

Reviewing all generated safety plans to ensure they meet the specific needs of your job site.

Implementing and enforcing the safety rules described in the plan.

Ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations (including OSHA).

4. Payment and Refunds

One-time Purchases: Payments are processed immediately upon order confirmation.

Refund Policy: Our specific [Refund Policy](/refund) governs all refund requests. While we offer a money-back guarantee for GC rejections, general "change of mind" refunds are not available once the digital PDF has been generated.

Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard. Access remains active until the end of the billing period.

5. Intellectual Property

The generated safety plans are licensed to you for your business use. You may modify and submit them for your projects. However, you may not resell, redistribute, or white-label the SafetyPlanPro software or its underlying templates as a standalone product.

No Professional Advice: The content generated by our Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal or professional safety advice.
