Conditions for Refund

Since our products are digital goods (PDF downloads) delivered instantly, requests for refunds are processed under the following conditions:


  • Rejection by General Contractor: If your plan is rejected, please forward the rejection notice or comments from the GC to us.
  • Opportunity to Remedy: We reserve the right to update or correct your safety plan to meet the GC's requirements within 24 hours at no extra cost. If we cannot make the plan compliant, a full refund will be issued immediately.
  • No "Change of Mind": Refunds are not issued for "change of mind" once the PDF has been generated and downloaded, as the digital product cannot be "returned."

  • Processing Time

    Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and returned to the original payment method.

  • Access continues until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
